2016 Marketing Here We Come

January 2016 marks Snyder Group's 20th anniversary in business. Time is relative and some say it flies. What I do know is that a lot of water has gone under the bridge since we first opened our doors in 1996. Think about it. In 1996 the internet was just being introduced to the public.  We wrote letters. We faxed. We attended meetings in person. Email? AOL baby. Searching meant having lost something and Google was a funny word. Fast forward. Marketing and selling are thriving online and the internet is the primary place to conduct both business and the social aspects of our lives. 

davidpic_web.jpgLucky for us (I'm certainly no futurist) our approach to marketing back then is fundamentally the same as it is today – focused on objectives and the strategies that deliver to these objectives. And it's always been about real, good content. Probably the best reason to label something is to make obvious something that's not. We were labeled "advertising agency" back in 1996. Now we're a full-on digital marketing firm specializing in inbound marketing. Ok, so we throw in some good old advertising, direct mail, brochures and catalogs every now and then because we can. No matter the medium or the label, the truth of the matter is we've been, and continue to be, blessed to work with and for some of the very best of the best. This is what really makes the 20 years special. So to you all, my grateful wishes for a happy and prosperous 2016 and beyond.
