Primary Responsibilities

Client Communication:
Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring that all client queries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Project Management:
Coordinates with internal teams, such as creative, digital, and media planning, to ensure that marketing projects are executed according to the client's requirements and deadlines.

Strategy Development:
Works closely with clients to understand their business goals and develops tailored marketing strategies to help achieve these objectives.

Performance Monitoring:
Regularly reviews campaign performance against objectives, providing clients with detailed reports and insights, and making recommendations for optimization.

Business Development:
Identifies opportunities for expanding the agency’s services with existing clients and often participates in pitching and securing new client accounts.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing client relationships with references.
  • Experience with inbound marketing techniques such as SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CMS and CRM software (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure and report on campaign performance.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (bilingual is a bonus)
  • Ability to present and explain marketing strategies and results to clients.

Project Management Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple client accounts and campaigns efficiently.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Strategical Thinking

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop effective marketing strategies and solve problems.
  • Capacity to adapt strategies based on analytics and market trends.

Client Service

  • Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing client expectations.

Attention to Detail

  • Keen attention to detail in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. 
  • Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new trends and technologies in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape.

Education

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar discipline is preferred. We also highly value equivalent professional experience, relevant certifications, and meaningful volunteer work.
